These are my terms and conditions for items that I am selling:- Posting For UK buyers I always quote first class post for items weighing 1.25kg or under, or for heavier items I will quote parcel rates. I am always happy to combine postage if you win more than one item. I always quote airmail for overseas buyers, but I am happy to send surface mail if you prefer. Please note that I am normally only able to get to the Post Office on Fridays and Saturdays, so if you need the item urgently, please Email to let me know when making payment and I will try to arrange to get it sent quicker. I get a proof of posting so that if any items go missing I can refund you. If there are any problems with items, then please Email me before leaving negative feedback and I will try to sort it out. The only negative feedback I have had in the past is from members who have left it without contacting me first.
Payment From UK buyers I accept Google checkout, Paypal, Nochex, cheque, postal orders, cash or new postage stamps. From Non UK buyers, I will only accept Paypal, Euros or US Dollars at the current exchange rate at the time of sale (I will advise you of the exchange rate at the time). Please note that I CANNOT accept Money Orders. A couple of members sent me them last year and I was unable to pay them in without incurring a fee that was more than the actual money order was for.
Non Payment I will normally give a week for payment, or notification of when payment is expected. After a week if I have not received payment, I will send a payment reminder and from then I will follow Ebid's non-payment procedure which will ultimately end in a non-paying bidder alert if payment is still not received. I will then always give negative feedback for non-payers.
Feedback I will always leave postive feedback for buyers if the transaction has been completed satisfactorily. I leave feedback at the time I am wrapping the parcel for delivery and put the date of delivery in my feedback so you can always tell if and when it has been sent. I will only ever leave negative feedback as a very last resort, such as for non-paying bidders. The logical order for feedback as far as I am concerned is that the seller gets payment before the buyer receives the items, so the seller should leave feedback first. I will only leave feedback for items that I have bought once the seller has left their feedback
