Ohhhhh, wheres the paracetamol?

Yeh, so I sleep a bit funny.....

The Feline Collection Welcomes YOU!

Hello to all Feline buyers, and a big shout going out to all the already die-hard Feline fans from other places....we welcome you all and thank you for your custom. We try to do our best when searching for or commissioning new items for sale, and always try to sell what we would like to receive ourselves....that means No Rubbish!

All our listings are as detailed as we can make them.....feel free to look around and you will be able to see that we really do try to fit in as much information as possible on each item, whether that be a one-off, a 99p start item, or one that is much dearer.

In all we do try to make sure all our items are listed at least lower than a third of the retail price, and in many cases they may even be at a 10th of the retail price, but whatever the start price, you can rest assured our goods are quality.

As described in each listing, our items come as either one-off's or in very limited numbers, we only ever run one auction of any one item (in one colour and design) at a time (which means once in any auction run).....we do not, and have never listed more than one of the same item running in consequetive auctions, every few days like some sellers who may have tens or hundreds of the same item, so we are not wrong in writing that once that item is gone it will be gone for good! We also run a retail outlet, and sell the same products that we sell here (although for a higher set price) therefore can never be certain if we will have any more of the same item to list again. Bidders should not assume that another item will be automatically available, as this may result in disappointment. Likewise, bidders should also be aware that another of the same item may also be listed again. This is not trying to mislead the bidder,  if you like the item and wish to bid, bid in the knowledge that we may have other units the same, albeit in small numbers, that may or may not stretch to another ebay listing.

Just a few things to bear in mind when planning to bid on our items:

THE PRODUCTS

As already mentioned above, we strive to make sure we are bringing you the best in quality, and always do our best to make sure all listings are as correct in their descriptions of each and every product, however, on occasion, an item might not have as much information/description as may be required by a customer, a measurement might not be given, or a colour might not be described in text-book terms, this is not a good reason for return of an item. Please use your common sense and ask us for any details that matter to you BEFORE you bid on any item. If you are not sure of a watch strap measurement or feel a bag strap may not be long enough for you, then email us and we shall get back to you as soon as possible.

On the same theme, we sometimes cannot take photos of each and every item listed. Where we may have items in a small number, we shall of course take a photo of one piece and show that in our listing as a representation for all the others listed subsequently. This especially applies to items that come with a large repeating pattern, i.e floral patterns or geometric designs, as the design on separate items may have been cut at different points, so whereas the colours stated in the listing will be the correct colours, the item may not look exactly the same as what is pictured (this will be pointed out on indivdual listings) On occasion, when we sell handworked/handmade pieces, kuchhi, enamelled, cloisonne or items made from natural materials, i.e semi-precious stones/gems, it is natural to assume that not every single piece will look like the one in the photo, therefore we will make sure our description is as fitting as can possibly be to the actual piece listed, but the photo should be used only as a guide to the item. In particular, kuchhi items are usually handmade and when described as rustic, please assume they will have a rustic look to them, so they will not be finished in a machine made or 'perfect' manner.

Listings may contain opinions which may differ from your own, which is why we take pains and at great expense, try to give as much infomation as possible, with as many photos as we feel show the items off correctly.

In the case of our watches, all watches are sent with new batteries and may or may not be sent in boxes (depending on the actual watch itself) Unless the listing states the watch will come in a box, please assume it may not. If the watch is being purchased as a gift and a gift box is required, please enquire about this BEFORE making your payment. Please also bear in mind that a watch marked 'water resistant' is not 'waterproof' or water tight. Please do not wear the watch in or around steam, in water or whilst bathing unless it is marked 'waterproof'
.

BIDDING CONDITIONS:

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU REQUIRE ANY ITEM BEFORE AUCTION END, PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE MAY CONSIDER PLACING ANOTHER PIECE (if available) AS A BUY-IT-NOW ITEM OR BRINGING THE END DATE FORWARD. WE ALSO RUN A RETAIL OUTFIT, AND ALSO OFFER MANY OF THE ITEMS WE PLACE IN AUCTION,  IN OUR SHOP........ON OCCASION, WE MAY MAKE A MISTAKE IN NUMBERS OF ITEMS AVAILABLE, AND AN ITEM LISTED MAY BE SOLD ON IN OUR SHOP AT THE FULL RETAIL PRICE, THEREFORE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END THAT AUCTION AT ANY TIME, BUT ONLY IF THERE ARE NO BIDS PLACED ON IT. HOWEVER, IF YOU WISH TO MAKE SURE YOU WANT A CHANCE AT BIDDING AND WINNING ANY ITEM, PLEASE BID ON IT EARLY OR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, ENSURING WE CANNOT END THE AUCTION EARLY (WE WILL NOT CANCEL A LISTING IF A BID HAS ALREADY BEEN PLACED ON ANY ITEM, UNLESS THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR IN THE LISTING, OR THE ITEM IS DAMAGED OR LOST, ETC)

If you confirm a bid, you are obliged to pay for it (especially if you outbid someone else!) so PLEASE only bid if you want and can pay for the item!

It's not much to ask and we are sure you wouldn't want to be out of pocket any more than we do.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Please think carefully before making your bid. We welcome any questions BEFORE auction end, and will always answer honestly (make sure we have enough time to read and answer, it's no good sending the question through half an hour before auction end and then complaining we did not reply in time!)

As we go through great pains, time and energy to make sure we have as much information as possible in the listings, so we do not accept returns on auctioned items, unless we have made a grave mistake and grossly misrepresented the item, i.e a very wrong measurement, an incorrect size given for any garments, the wrong materials quoted, etc, in which case we will accept we are at fault and offer a replacement, and/or a refund, ONLY if a replacement is not available. A refund will not be made, for example, if the item purchased does not exactly match a dress in colour, etc....as all monitor screens have different settings and a colour that you see on screen, although will be the colour quoted in the listing, may not be an exact colour match in real life to whatever you want to match it up with.

All items are checked thoroughly before dispatch, therefore it is an extremely rare occurrence that a damaged product is sent out. Very rarely, if an item is received in a damaged or imperfect state, we will need to ascertain whether this is down to mishandling by the postal service or a manufacturers defect, and photos may be required to come to a satisfactory conclusion. In the case of finding a manufacturer's defect, a refund will ONLY be offered, if a replacement is not available. We are not trying to be difficult, we just want to make sure you receive exactly what was offered in the listing (as well as making sure some of those less honest buyers don't scam us by bidding up and then trying to return items for refunds like they would in a shop......we are not a shop, we offer only auctioned goods, which are not returnable under normal conditions, as we do not send items out for approval.) Most auction items do not come with a guarantee, unless stated, so are sold as seen. If you feel the item is not as described, or has been received with a fault, contact needs to be made within a reasonable period of time. Most on-line sellers now state a 48 hour period following receipt of item, we allow 5 days. Please email us within 5 days of item delivery and we shall be more than happy to deal with the matter, complaints after this period will be dealt with on a discretional level, depending on the problem.

We do not refund if someone feels the item is worth less than they bid, (we set the start price, bidders then set the final) this has not happened to date, but we do need to state that our low start prices do not mean our items are of low value....it just means we are trying to generate watchers and bids.

Occasionally, an item MAY be accepted for a return and refund at our descretion, but will be subjct to a 15% restocking fee to cover our fees and other expenses, so please be aware of this when making your bid.

Postal insurance is available for all products/parcels and we strongly recommend you take out insurance, especially if the item is worth over £40. as we will not take any responsibility for items received damaged due to mishandling by the postal workers, or for items lost in mail. We do, however, keep Proof Of Postage Certificates and postal receipts for each parcel dispatched, so if a claim needs to be made, we can forward all the relevant documentation, but saying this, it is a very rare occurrence that items go missing or arrive damaged, so the choice for taking out insurance is left to the customer. Very occasionally, we may make insurance a required condition of sale, but ONLY where the item is an expensive or designer one and has exceeded the £40 minimum limit by a considerable amount.

OUR P&P PRICES:

Contrary to what some buyers may believe, P&P is not just the price of a stamp!. All our postage and packaging prices include the cost for labelling and packaging materials as well as a small handling charge. We are a small firm that pays an outside team to come in once every week (all dispatches are made on a weekly basis, usually on a Saturday morning, but this may change from time to time, so expect a dispatch to take place within 3 working days after payment). This team then checks all the invoices, write out a Proof Of Postage Certificate for each Parcel, examines all items to be dispatched, packs them, labels them, and then takes them to the post office, where they will wait for each item to be individually weighed and franked or stamped, for each individual POP to be stamped and attached to the receipt. The POP's and receipts are then brought back to the office and stapled to the corresponding invoice and then filed. As you can appreciate, all this costs time and money,....some sellers may list their items at ridiculously low start prices, then fail to send the item out if it does not make enough money, or list an item at 99p and the P&P at £19.99, we do not do this, we are always happy to send out an item, even if it sells for the start price, which in most cases is much lower than the cost or retail price, therefore we feel that by displaying our P&P prices we are giving you the option to choose whether you feel you are happy to bid for the item. We would suggest you add the price into the price of the item and ask yourself whether the item is worth the total....we certainly think it always is, which is why we do not take kindly to anyone who then emails us after the transaction to complain about the P&P,...  it's not nice and certainly not neccessary, especially as we have explained our charges here and did not twist your arm you to buy at the quoted price.

SIMPLY DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE PRICES

MULTIPLE ITEM BIDS & COMBINED P&P:

We welcome buyers who wish to purchase multiple items and combine their invoices, and we have made it easier for everyone now. For customers wanting more than one item, we will wait until you have finished bidding on all the items you have your eye on, you will then be charged full price postage for the most expensive postage charge, and all the other postage charges will be added up and discounted by 50%, however, if we have now brought in postage capped at £10....this means you can purchase as much as you want, but you will only pay £10 postage (NOT including insurance). For International buyers, this is capped at £15 not inc insurance.

This discount is only available on the P&P for all items combined on one invoice, therefore, please do not pay the first invoice you receive if you intend to bid on more items, just email us to let us know your intentions and we shall wait for you to finish bidding. Please request a combined discounted invoice when you have finished bidding on all the items you had your eye on. If you pay in separate transactions without asking and then waiting for a combined invoice, we cannot refund the discounted amount, regardless of how the items are sent, whether they be separately or in one parcel.  (Especially as we have done all we can to alert bidders to the fact that discounts are available, the opening paragraphs to every listing point you to this page and we also have this info in our FAQ'S/Ask a question page), if you fail to take notice or ignore our advice, there is nothing more we can do about it)

Most sellers will apply a strict 5 or 7 day combined invoice rule, however, you will find we are a lot more flexible. We are happy to wait for longer periods, especially if you have purchased before, but for people who want to purchase large numbers of goods, have less than 10 feedback or any non-payment negs, we would require a small deposit, that would then be deducted from the final bill.

NON-PAYMENT DISPUTES:

We have a system tool in place that will automatically open a non-payment dispute after 3 days of auction end, if the item is not marked as having been paid for. These disputes are not personal and are in no way designed to make genuine buyers feel guilty, angry or upset. Obviously, if you are planning to bid on more items, and go over the 3 day period, an unpaid item dispute will automatically be opened by the aforementioned system tool, but in that case you just need to email us direct to our email address, to let us know that you are waiting to bid and will pay soon....an approximate date would also be appreciated, and we shall keep an eye on the dispute and make sure it is closed amicably, with no unpaid item strikes, etc. Positive feedback shall be returned once we have received it.....the dispute is mainly for those bidders that have no intention of ever paying, spoiling it for the rest of the genuine eBidders and deserve to be left an unpaid item strike.

Finally, if there is anything you need to query and is not covered by the ABOUT ME section, then please email us and we shall reply as soon as possible....usually within 24 hours!

We love working in the public sector and have come across so many lovely people, so we hope to be here for a while yet.  There is no problem we cannot work to sort out....together.

Take Care and have fun with your bidding and buying!
