We are located in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.
We are only a small business but pack a big punch. We retail Retro computers and software ie. Commodore, Atari, Sinclair, Amstrad etc.
We also sell electronic items ie. Sky Digital boxes , Freesat, TV's, Laptops, Mobile phones here on ebid.
We pride ourselves on giving excellent customer service and we endeavour to rectify any problems that may arise.
Our returns policy is quite simple. If for any reason your purchase is either faulty or not as described, We offer a 28 Days warranty on ALL purchases on ebid. This basically means if you buy say a Sega Megadrive console from us and it arrives and it does not work, We will do our best to rectify the situation, Either by repair, replacement or Refund. We like to keep our customers happy, but as we all know things can happen.
We accept the following payment methods :- Ebids PPPay.com Instant and Escrow services, Paypal, Nochex and Bank Transfer at NO COST to you. We pay all the fees!!!
You can also arrange for collection from us and pay via Cash. (Arrangements can be made!)
