Hi there. I am new to EBID but have been selling online with EBAY and AMAZON for the last 12 months and have an excellent 100% feedback record. I am becoming a little disenchanted with both of them due to the excessive charges they make... so I am going to at least try to sell some things on this site and see how it goes.
Online sales are my main source of income and I value customers both new and old.. I will always try to sort out or resolve any problems that may arise - though fortunately these have been very few and not usually of my making!! I am always as honest as possible about the items I sell and I dont try to make a 'profit' on my postage costs, I only charge the postage + a small amount for packing etc.,
If you pay by PayPal or Postal Order the item will be sent the day after payment is received unless it is received before 4.00 p.m. in which case I will do my best to get it into the same days post. If payment is by cheque then I will send the item as soon as the cheque has cleared. If you have any queries about this please contact me.
I always quote the cheapest postage option first - anything under 1kg will have the 2nd class postage first, anything over 1kg will be either 1st class or standard parcels again whichever is the cheapest option. I will send by recorded delivery if you request it.
