Some Information About Serendipitydee
Incidentally the photo of the garden is special because my husband and I decided to spent a chunk of our savings on remodelling the garden to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary and his 80th birthday in 2010! As he said "At our age what are we waiting for?"

CLOTHES AND THINGS FOR YOU BY KEIDEE
OPEN ALL HOURS.....You will find an assortment of different items, each one with something special about it.
We sell some clothes New, vintage & some 'used', but all totally reconditioned so still looking very good, some are even in a 'like new' condition.
We also sell an assortment of interesting items as they come into stock such as:-
DVDs, CDs, books, accessories, plants, haberdashery, collectables, Jiffy envelopes, jewellery etc.
*Please do not ask us to sell offsite as we will not do that under any circumstances!
We always try to describe each item truthfully, with as many measurements as possible where relevant & with accurate photographs.

Our clothing stock is: either ex-shop stock, end of line, manufacturers samples, out of season, labelled with incorrect size or occasionally ex-catalogue and factory seconds items.
Usually these items are brand new with labels/tags still attached and in pristine condition. These are fully described, photographed and measured for the listings.
Sometimes in a batch we get 'returned' items which cannot be described as new as they are returned with a flaw, have been worn, have been tried on in the shop and are shop soiled or were just sent in the batch incorrectly. These we describe in the listings just as accurately with information on the wear/flaw etc. Naturally these are at a very low price.
Occasionally we sell good to excellent condition 'used' items which are inspected carefully with any faults if any, noted in the description and allowed for in the pricing. You may buy these with confidence.

We have been selling on EBay for over nine years, where we have Powerseller & TRS status.
We decided to try our hand here on EBid as well, because we have been hearing good things about it on the EBay forums.

Our policy is to accept returns in good condition within 7 days, that are genuinely misdescribed or have a previously unoticed fault. We will then effect a complete refund including return postage, within one working day.
If an item is just not wanted because it does not fit ( we give all relevant measurements on the listings) or that is not liked, then we still effect a full refund on receipt of the returned item, BUT NOT the cost of return postage.

Our aim is to give total customer satisfaction, to send out the items within one working day after receipt of payment, and to answer all queries as quickly and fully as possible.
Overseas buyers- please contact us first before bidding / buying to get the correct postage & packing costs.
On the lower cost items we do not show overseas p&p rates as they seem to be too expensive in proportion to the purchase price. However we are happy to quote the rates if requested; buying more than one item will possibly reduce the overall p&p costs.
