Pet Bazaar is a family run business and as pet owners ourselves we know how much you love your pets and want to give them the best.
Living in the shadow of the Ochil hills in Central Scotland with our cats, dogs, tropical and outdoor fish, we like to think that we know what our pets want. As a result we're happy to say that many of the products that we sell definitely HAVE been tested on animals. We're even happier to report that they loved every minute of it.

Most orders will be dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment but please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
Orders received before 5pm will usually be dispatched on the next working day.
Please Note: We do not dispatch orders on Saturday or Sunday.
While we always try to maintain stock levels, we do sell by a number of means and although we try our best to avoid it, it is possible that from time to time an item may be out of stock. In the event that this occurs we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

If you are not satisfied with any item(s) purchased from Pet Bazaar you may return them and obtain a refund of the price of the returned item(s), provided:
- That you inform us of the decision to return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery; and
- That the items(s) are returned in their original condition
While the item(s) remain in your possession it is your duty to ensure that the item(s) are kept safe and secure.
A UK return address will be provided with the item when dispatched.

To give our customers the most flexibility whilst keeping costs down, we offer a variety of payment options. Our preferred options are: Paypal & Google Checkout. In addition, we also accept: UK Postal Orders, and Cheques.
No other form of payment is accepted and please do not send cash by post.
Cheques should be made payable to Pet Bazaar with your name and invoice number written on the back.
Check & postal order payment should be made within 14 days of an invoice being sent. Paypal & Google checkout within 7 days. However, please note that availability of stock cannot be guaranteed if payment is delayed.
International buyers must use Google Checkout or Paypal and pay in UK (£) currency. |

Thanks for dropping by. We like to think that our UK prices are competitive, they may be a little higher than others but don't forget to take postage into account. Here at Pet Bazaar we'd rather charge the minimum postage that we can, we don't want to entice you in with a bargain then hit you with a "stealth" charge in inflated postage. We'd rather provide you with value for money all round.
To speed shipping and reduce the cost to our customers we dropship some of the items in our stores directly from our supplier(s). We make every effort to ensure that the products we list are in stock at the time of listing; however, on very rare occasions your product may be found to be out of stock when the auction and/or sale is completed. If this should happen our customers have a number of options: 1) wait for the product to come in, 2) select an alternative item at a similar price, or 3) you may ask for a full refund. We will accommodate you in every way possible.
