Some Information About PerfectBeads
To save on the postage and packing I always combine multiple purchases together. Save on postage, on each additional item you buy, as long as they are within 7 days of each other, and paid together on the same payment. Please do not pay for multiple items separately, let me know when you have finished shopping and I will send you a combined invoice with the discounted P&P.
Most things can go together for the same basic P&P price - so please do not pay until I invoice!
Remember P&P is for packaging as well as postage and I aim to ensure that your items arrive in one piece! Some things may look overpackaged, but there is a reason behind the packaging - not everything will survive in one piece if sent in an envelope!
Payment
UK customers can pay by Paypal, Sterling cheques, and Postal Orders
Overseas buyers - Paypal only please.
No item will be despatched until payment is made.
Overseas Buyers
You are liable to pay any import taxes that may be due when the parcel reaches your country.
Claims for Non Receipt of Goods
Please allow 15 working days (this does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays) after dispatch within the UK for your parcel to arrive by Royal Mail. A parcel is not deemed lost by Royal Mail until this time has past. A claim for non-delivery can then be submitted. I treat all my customers the way I would like to be treated so please do not assume that I haven't posted it :-) I post within two days but once the parcel has left me I cannot guarantee how long it will take to arrive.
If you want full confirmation of posting then just ask and I will invoice you for registered delivery.
Returns
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day you receive the item. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in an unworn state. Postage in this case is at the customer's own cost and will not be refunded. A proof of posting is highly recommended as no refund will be given unless the goods are returned.
For damaged items please get in touch and we will work out the best solution! Refund or replace!
