 We are a genuine seller based in the UK offering genuine items at prices far cheaper than the high street. We specialise in selling used mobile phones.

Most of our phones are unlocked and are fully tested. Our main products include: IPhone and Blackberry and will be adding other phones soon. All of our products enjoy the features of modern design, excellent quality. We offer a 30 day warranty for all our products and free delivery on everything within UK.

Shipping policy

How long will my item take to get to me?

We normally dispatched within 48 hours. PLEASE HOWEVER ALLOW UP TO 2 TO 4 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY. Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays are NOT included.

We will notify you of any change of delivery by e-mail, telephone providing that we have your correct details with the order. All order tracking enquires must be sent through us

Delivery Charge
The delivery charge is free, It only applies to customers from UK. At this stage we do not sell outside the UK.

RETURNS

Let us know of any faults or defects, describing any problems that you are experiencing.

Goods returned must be adequately addressed and packaged so as to prevent any damage.

The 30 day warranty covers any faults or defects, remember that these are used mobile phones and not brand new.

It does not cover against misuse, neglect, wilful damage, modification, adaptation, overloading or repair unless authorized by us in writing. It also does not cover any consequential loss due to a product failing.

Goods returned under this warranty may be repaired or replaced.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK TO US RECORDED DELIVERY. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO TRACK ITEMS SENT STANDARD MAIL.
