OUR MISSION STATEMENT AND RETURNS POLICY
· We dispatch the item usually within 48hours after the payment is cleared (Not 48 hours after bid) It usual takes 7 -12 days for the item arrive outside of the U.K.
· If you require the item urgently, please either choose the Express service at checkout ( extra USD 8 ) or at least contact us for an update on shipping.
· Sometimes things do go wrong but Negative feedback is not the best way to go to solve any problem

**All healthcare Items have been stored safely prior to shipment. It will leave here well within the expiration date & will leave here with the packaging intact and please you must make sure that the item has not been tampered with in any way on its journey .. If the items sealed container has been opened in any way please contact us immediately for advice
RETURNS POLICY:-
If the item has something wrong or you don’t like it or it’s not for you, please let us know first.
If possible, we will accept return or a resolution.
In order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods all items must be returned in their original condition and you must notify us within 7 days that you are returning goods.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred back to us & you should either record the delivery or get a receipt of posting with our postcode on it.
No refund will be accepted after 15 Days of receipt.
