Although, I am newly returned to eBid, I have been selling on other eAuctions for many years and have 100% positive feedback. I am supporting eBid because I am disappointed and disillusioned with the other eAuction site policies and fees.

So here i am for good ~ I am an official eBidder - why don't you pop into my shops and see what I have for sale.     All postage costs are to the UK Mainland ONLY!

    If you wish to bid and you are not from the UK mainland then please contact me regarding postage fees!

    If checkout is not complete within 3 days a 'second chance offer' will be issued or the item{s} will be 'relisted', as appropriate.

    If payment is not made within 5 days a 'second chance offer' will be issued or the item{s} will be 'relisted', as appropriate.

    Payment Terms

  • Please complete checkout within three {3} days of the eAuction closing date and payment within five {5} days.
  • Payment may be made by Paypal, PPPay, Google. Your address 'must' be verified.
  • Payment may be made by Cheque drawn on a UK bank account. Payable to: Mrs Denise Mijatovic.
  • I bank cheque payments weekly on Wednesday. Postage is usually 7 days later on the following Wednesday.
  • To keep the eAuction community informed we must report all non-payers, whilst all payers are given a positive feedback on acknowledgment of satisfactory goods received!

    Postage/Shipping Terms

  • I will keep you informed of your purchase progress and I have found that those buyers who also keep me informed reduce the chances of mistakes or misunderstandings.
  • I have experienced a small number of emails going 'missing' both those I have sent and those sent by customers. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours of sending please send again, using the eAuction system and a direct email to myself. I always reply to customers within 24 hours.
  • I will 'only' post to an eBid confirmed address`s, and if Paypal, PPPay, Google, is used, your address 'must' be verified.
  • I post on most days. Postage may be 1st or 2nd class, or standard parcel or DHL courier. (depending on costs) I always obtain their proof of posting service.
  • Postage is calculated taking into account actual postal cost and the cost of packaging & travel involved.
  • I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. But I can take out insurance on your behalf if requested and paid for in advance.
  • Payment should be sent within 3 days of close of eAuction.
  • I always obtain proof of postage, but unfortunately cannot be held responsible for item{s} lost in the post. However I will help where I can.

    Customer Service & Returns

  • We want you to be happy with your item{s} ensuring positive feedback between us both.
  • All returns must be authorised prior to return.
  • Item{s} 'faulty or damaged' must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the item{s}.
  • Exchange or refund is possible, only if the item{s} are still available.
  • Item{s} 'not as described' must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the item{s}.
  • Exchange or refund is possible, only if the item{s} are still available.
  • A 'return' or 'exchange' is available and must be returned within 7 days of receipt of item{s}.
  • Exchange is only possible where the item{s} are still available.
  • Postage is non-refundable on all item{s} returned, unless the item{s} are not as described.
