Some Information About Hugginsattic

Giving you a little more insight into the seller.


We started out selling things that we had disguarded in our attic to make a little money.  As we have gone on we have come up with our own products too.  We still sell our unwanted items so they go to a home where they are wanted.

We try to use the best postage type for each item we sell.

For larger non-standard items, we will use a courier service such as
Parcel Force/Citylink/Yodel as they are tracked and provide compensation.

If Pick up is available please contact us for an invoice and collection details, payment will be required before pickup see payment details.

 

Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we will provide a refund for an item if you change your mind within 14 working days after the day on which the item was delivered.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, we are giving you 14 working days after the date of delivery within which you can cancel the contract (often referred to as the ""cooling off"" period) and get your money back, including the original postage and packing charges.

However, you are required to pay for the cost of returning the item.


Refund or Replacement if the item is faulty or damaged
If the item you have purchased is not:

  • of satisfactory quality;
  • as described; or
  • fit for purpose.

Then you have the right to request money back within a ""reasonable time"" which we consider to be no more than 30 days after receiving your product. We will also offer a replacement if one is available.

If selling items for parts or repair then No Returns will be accepted as being sold as is!
