Who We Are
Fountain DVD is run by a husband and wife team dedicated to supplying quality items at great value for money.
All sales are backed by a solid guarantee and friendly and helpful customer service.
We only supply genuine brand new region 2 and region 0 DVDs which will play on all standard UK and european DVD players.
Buyers from outside the UK and Europe will need a multi region DVD player to play region 2 DVDs.
All of our DVDs come from a reputable wholesaler and are exactly the same as those supplied by any other retailer, complete with all the necessary holograms etc.
The pictures on our listings show the front and back of the actual item for sale so that you can see the quality of the DVDs.
We try to give every detail we can about each DVD, but if you have any questions then please ask.

Postage & Packing
Our postage and packaging rates include appropriate and adequate insurance cover, and we only use high quality packaging materials.
All purchases are shipped on the first working day after payment has cleared and we always obtain proof of posting.
If you purchase multiple items the total for postage will often be much less, so please ask for an invoice total.
For example, for UK customers, we can combine two standard size DVDs in the same parcel and it will still qualify as a large letter. This means that the postage charge for the second DVD will be less, (and might be free depending on the weight of the finished parcel).
Our Guarantee
We will refund the cost of any item (postage and packaging costs excluded) returned safely to us within 7 days of purchase providing the item has not been opened.
We will replace items lost in transit once the minimum transit time has elapsed (domestic sales - 15 days, international sales - 30 days).
We will replace damaged/faulty items returned to us within 7 days of purchase and refund reasonable return postage for these items.
Unfortunately, experience has taught us that we need to verify claims before any replacement items and postage refunds are made.
If you have any problem, please email us as the first step to resolution and we will issue you with a returns authorisation code to ensure the process goes smoothly.
Any returns sent without prior agreement will not be accepted.
Our Selling History
We sold DVDs on another auction site for a number of years before it became uneconomic to continue.
