customer, Footcare UK Ltd reserves the right to supply goods of equal or superior quality at no extra cost.

Delivery information

All Items are Posted 1st Class Royal Mail ( UK ), unless 2nd Class is requested. We post every week day Monday to Friday ( no dispatch on Saturday) Your item(s) will be dispatched within 24/48 hours of payment and you will be notified once dispatched by an automatic email. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform if there will be a delay.

Maximum Postage Charge

Maximum Postage Charge within the UK will be £6.00

European & International Postage.

All packets are posted by Air mail for all European and international

 - Delivery to Europe within three working days

 - Worldwide delivery within five working days

Please see individual listing for specific charges. International postage requires more packaging materials than inland UK to ensure safe arrival of your item, this is reflected within the postage cost. Multiple items for postage can be fleixible, please email to request a quote.

Return Policy

You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. An item may only be returned if it is in the exact condition in which it was delivered, please contact us within 7 days from delivery. Please email us immediately via eBay if there are any problems with your transaction. We will only re-fund postage cost on a return if we have made an error or if the item was damaged. Returned goods remain your responsibility until Footcare UK Ltd receives them. 

If there has been an error please return as soon as possible and the correct item will be posted back to you. A postage refund or compensation will be given to cover extra costs. 

Items Lost or Damaged in the post 

Damaged

All packets are correctly secured before leaving, if your item is severely damaged upon arrival please contact us. 

Lost & Delayed.

When a packet is lost in the post it is our responsibility to resolve the issue.

If you believe your item is lost in the post please follow the below steps.  

1) Please allow 8 working days before contacting us, we post 1st class royal mail and should take 1-3 working day but sometimes there are delays.

2) Please check whether your neighbour has taken a parcel in for you (and maybe signed for it) and also ring your local sorting office to see if it has been taken back there.  The post-man should have left a card.

3) Please contact if as it appears your item is lost and allow us time to make enquiries on your behalf.

4) We will need confirmation of your delivery address to send an replacement, in case for any reason the address provided was incorrect.

5) Once the replacement packet is sent, you will be notified by email and the replacement packet will be sent by recorded delivery. Please email us when you receive your replacement packet. 

6) We will then process the claim with royal mail 21 days after the original packet was sent.

7) Important if in the case you receive your first packet at a later date – please contact us immediately and we will arrange with you for the item to be returned.
