Hello, my name is Jan Johnson. I have been a member of eBid since 1999 but only recently started selling on here again after another well known auction site that I used started charging 10% fees on postage costs and I felt that I could no longer continue.

My books are mainly modern reprints of rare or sought after children's stories and includes books by publishers such as Girls Gone By, who produce high quality copies of collectable titles in an attractive and affordable format.

I sell books by authors such as Elinor Brent-Dyer, Lorna Hill, Antonia Forest, Elsie J. Oxenham, Dorita Fairlie-Bruce, Gwendoline Courtney, Clare Mallory, Margaret Biggs, Violet Needham, Josephine Elder, Monica Edwards and many others!

My books are mainly new but I also have some second hand stock.

Elinor M Brent-Dyer Bibliography Elinor M. Brent-Dyer (1894 - 1969) published over 100 books, but there is no doubt that she is remembered today mainly for her Chalet School series.
