No hype, no mad promises, no fancy listings. Just good quality used, unused and new items coupled with old-fashioned customer service.

Images shown in my listings are of the items I have available for you. I don't use stock images unless necessary to avoid unpacking an item just for photo purposes. If I have used a stock photo then the listing will mention the fact.

All items are described to the best of my ability but don't hesitate to ask a question if there's something I've missed or something you'd like to know more about.

Terms & Conditions (the boring bits)

Payment:
The listing and the P&P (S&H) costs are in British Pounds.

You can benefit from combined P&P (S&H) on multiple items where practical by making one payment on receipt of my email / invoice. 

I am happy to combine items ending no more than seven days apart. If you'd like to bid items that end over several days please let me know in advance so that I can send you one correct invoice at the appropriate time.

Delivery - getting your item to you: 
Your item is normally in the mail to you within 24 hours of payment being received. Please bear in mind that weekends and Bank Holidays etc mean that mailing quite so promptly is not always possible; however I will always do my best to ensure there's as little delay as possible.

For Domestic delivery (UK) I frequently offer Royal Mail 2nd Class as I've found there's very little benefit in paying extra for 1st Class. Sometimes the choice is not there due to the weight of the item but hey-ho, that's something we just have to live with.

If you want something *urgently* please contact me before bidding or buying so we can explore the options available to get you your item as quickly as possible.

For overseas buyers, Royal Mail's Airmail service suits most items that are available to you. 

Returns:

Despite packing items with great care the mail system does not always treat them with the respect they deserve! Should any damage happen to your package then let me know immediately. Please retain all the packaging as I understand Royal Mail may wish to see it as part of their claim process.  A photo of any damage is always appreciated and can help speed the process along.
