| We're a family run business. We started on Ebay in 2007 selling a small number of items that we no longer used or needed - similar to an online garage sale. Since then we have grown to doing this full time. We search liquidation auctions all over the country for items that are new, store returns or shelf pulls. Our philosophy is to find items that have had little to no use and sell them at a fraction of the cost of the original price - like modern day rag and bone men. |
| We call ourselves an online rag and bone store. When my wife was a kid growing up in England there were rag and bone men who went around the streets with a horse drawn cart. They would ring a bell to notify of their presence and homeowners would run out to give them their unwanted items. Originally rag and bone men collected rags and bones (hence their name). Later they would pick up any used item that they could resell. |
