Hello, I am glad to see you are interested in finding out who I am and how I can help you.
I sell quality items at reasonable prices. I work hard to provide quality pictures and will always accommodate your requests for specifics. Please ask questions and request pictures before you bid and buy.
I personally choose each of my items by looking them over carefully and disclose I am not an expert. I sell “As is” and in good faith do my best to describe each item accurately. Most of my items are used or vintage and cannot be expected to be like new.

Below are some commonly used terms that will help you determine an item’s condition:
* New: Appears new, no signs of wear; no visible flaws to the item. New in package, out of package, with tag, and without tag.
* Excellent: Previously used, with only very slight wear; no flaws.
* Very good: Previously used with moderate wash wear/fade, but no visible flaws.
* Good: Previously worn with minor visible flaw(s), and/or significant wear/fade.
* Fair: Previously used with significant visible flaw(s), and/or heavy wear/fade.
* Poor: Not useable, has severe flaws/damage, but with desireable useable element(s).
**** Flaws might include spots, stains, holes, tears, fabric irregularities, cracks, or problems with buttons, zippers, snaps, closure mechanisms, missing components, etc.

A.)HOW DO I PAY?

Official PayPal Seal  OR  USPS  (click on the blue letters to the left and link to more info on US Postal money orders)

I accept only Paypal or US Postal money orders. Per USPS, US Postal money orders "can be purchased from any Post Office™ locations in the United States as well as from any rural route carrier" and they are "valid for an unlimited period."

B.)HOW DO I MEASURE?
Search your closet and measure a few of your favorite clothes that give you the most comfortable fit. Below are sizing guidelines.

ARM/SLEEVE: START THE TAPE MEASURE AT THE TOP CENTER OF THE SHIRT. Run the tape measure across the top of the shoulder to the seam, down to the elbow, and then to the wrist hem.
CHEST: START THE TAPE MEASURE AT ONE ARMPIT. Run the tape measure across to the other armpit and double the measurement.
WAIST: START THE TAPE MEASURE AT ONE SIDE OF THE NATURAL WAISTLINE OF THE SHIRT. Run the tape measure across to the other side and double the measurement.
INSEAM: LAY OUT A PAIR OF PANTS THAT FIT YOU WELL. START THE TAPE MEASURE AT THE CROTCH SEAM. Run the tape measure to the bottom of the pant along the seam.


C.) I strive to provide customer service with a sense of urgency and integrity. I ask my buyers to please provide responsible and accurate feedback.

D.) I often send a notification of a completed delivery before buyers have a chance to leave feedback. If you receive my delivery completion email but you have not received the item, YOU HAVE RIGHTS. I found the delivery companies I work with to be very helpful. My advice is to contact the delivery carrier, provide them with the delivery confirmation number, and save time by educating yourself on their website to find out how their policies benefit you. Policy may state that you be assigned a new case number or they may ask that you use your original tracking number. I suggest you use that number to follow-up with a manager if you do not get a satisfactory resolution or timely responses. Resolutions I have read about are; delivery of the item, reimbursement for the insured amount of the item, or reimbursement for postal fees. *PLEASE NOTE* I can not confirm or deny your receipt of the item. Please make initial contact with the shipping company and open a case so I can assist you as appropriate.

QUESTION AND ANSWER NOTICE: THE MAJORITY OF MY ITEMS ARE NOT IMMEDIATELY "WITHIN REACH". I KEEP ITEMS IN A STORAGE FACILITY THAT HAS LIMITED HOURS OF OPERATION. PLEASE BE PATIENT AS I HANDLE ALL QUESTIONS WITH A SENSE OF URGENCY BUT MAY NOT HAVE INSTANT ACCESS.
