All merchandise is guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase. We ship only to Canada and the United States(see listing for details). for any defective merchandise during the 14 day warranty period the manufactures warranty will appy. Defective products returned to shipping warehouse in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired. Defective products returned missing any accessories or original packaging will be not be received. A 20% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a credit is requested. The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address". Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. You will receive an email informing you of your credit after it has been applied to your account. No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid. IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our Return Authorization process. When you have contacted us to receive a RA number which will be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned. Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender. RA numbers are valid for 14 days.

If a product becomes out of stock, attempts to contact the customer will be made. When contacted you will have the option to cancel the order with a full refund or have the product shipped to you when stocking levels are replenished, usually within 30 days.
