• Whilst the majority of refilled cartridges give excellent print quality, this depends on the state of your used cartridge. Since refilling is a DIY activity there is also potential for you do something wrong. If a fault develops with your cartridge you may reclaim the unused toner and use it in another one.
• Instructions are included for refilling with the "Open, Unplug and pour" method, as additional information to help you with the task. You must remove the pin from each side with pliers, and split the cartridge into its two sections. This is more complex than many other toner refills but it's still worthwhile. We suggest some DIY experience.
