WW1 Railway Postcard Midland 4P 1038 Mill Hill Compound 4-4-0 Loco LMS

I offer an unusual home-made postcard dating from WW1: Midland Railway 4P 4-4-0 Compound No.1038 near Mill Hill with a Leeds Express.

Publisher: Unknown. This card is part of a collection found in a loft which I believe was home-made during the early part of WW1. Obviously considerable care was taken in the production. The scan of the reverse of the card is not necessarily from this card but is typical of the collection.

Used: No.

Condition: Tiny corner bumps, otherwise good.

All postcards are sent in a protective sleeve and a stiffened envelope.
