WW1 Railway Postcard LNWR George V 1799 Woodcock Watford 4-4-0 Loco LMS L&NWR

I offer an unusual home-made postcard dating from WW1: LNWR George the Fifth 4-4-0 No.1799 "Woodcock" with a 2-hour Birmingham express near Watford.

Publisher: Unknown. This card is part of a collection found in a loft which I believe was home-made during the early part of WW1. Obviously considerable care was taken in the production. The scan of the reverse of the card is not necessarily from this card but is typical of the collection.

Used: No.

Condition: Light indents in two corners, probably from album corners.  Tiny bit of foxing.  A small scuff at bottom right corner .

All postcards are sent in a protective sleeve and a stiffened envelope.
