Woodcraft Homes, Inc. stock certificate issued for 5,000 shares of no par capital stock.. Issued to Donald Johnson and signed on March 18, 1974, by the President of the company, Donald Johnson, and the Secretary, Peggy Augustus.

A serial number appears in the upper left corner

Embossed with the Woodcraft Homes Corporate Seal, Wyoming, in the lower left corner.

Assignment and transfer of the 5000 shares completed on the reverse side.

Printed in black with a green background. At the top of the certificate is a vignette of an eagle with spread wings. In the background to the left are pictures of the Capitol Building, a locomotive, and industrial buildings. In the background to the right are pictures of Fort Sumpter, the Monitor, and the Merrimack.

There is a "Goes 9" printer's mark under the seal.

Size: 11 x 8 1/2" Never folded.
