Seller's Description
Original British 10 inch x 8 inch Portrait of EDWARD UNDERDOWN in the 1950 Ladislao Vajda Drama THE WOMAN WITH NO NAME, based on the novel "Happy Now I Go" by Theresa Charles.
Phyllis Calvert as Yvonne Winter, has lost her memory because of a wartime air-raid trauma in London during World War Two, and feels threatened by everyone around her – especially her depressed, incapacitated husband (Edward Underdown) and her wicked, scheming sister (Helen Cherry).
The portrait is in very good condition.
