In a marksmanship contest, Lin McAdam (James Stewart) wins a prized Winchester rifle, which is immediately stolen by the runner-up, Dutch Henry Brown (Stephen McNally). This "story of a rifle" then follows McAdams' pursuit, and the rifle as it changes hands, until a final showdown and shoot-out on a rocky mountain precipice.
This is a classic Black and White movie, that we have colorized.
All the pictures displayed are actual screen shots taken from the movie.
Supplied on a region free DVD, in a cardboard sleeve.
The UK, most of Europe, Australia and New Zealand. All use the PAL TV system.
The USA and Canada use the NTSC TV system.
