4M7 F 4.7 uF 63V Polycarbonate capacitor axial lead insulated sleeve. Datasheet.
Very high stability low leakage part made by the German manufacturer WIMA series MKB3 good for audio. See here.
Unused but have been stored loose in a drawer so might have some minor cosmetic marks. Tested on DMM and indicate2 4.83uF
