Postally used on 27 July 1904 with Chambéry a St Andre la Gaz cancellations on red 10c stamp and sent to Mrs Forrest, St Fagans, near Cardiff, S. Wales, England, Angeleterre.
Good condition, with very slight corner bumps, but small light crease to top right corner.
