Vogue sewing pattern V1809, for Misses' retro 1940's top. This pattern is new and uses modern sizing, but the design is taken from a 1947 Vogue original.
Difficulty Rating: Average.
Misses' top has round shoulder yoke with lapped seam-finish, shoulder pads, flat shaped collar, waist dart tucks, back button & snap closure. A: tulip sleeve. B: long sleeve ending in cuff with slit opening.
Suggested fabrics: Lt. Wt. Crepe, Rayon Challis, Lt. Wt. Broadcloth.
NOTIONS: One Pair 1/2" (1.3 cm) Thick Shoulder Pads. A: Five 1/2" (1.3 cm) Buttons. B: Seven 1/2" (1.3 cm) Buttons. A, B: Six Sets of Snaps.
This pattern is available in a choice of size combinations; Y( XS,S,M) or ZZ(L,XL,XXL).
