Seller's Description
Vintage solid brass hammered design lidded canister / caddy or storage jar.
Has the appearance of having been made from a large ammunition round but I feel that because of the bottom rim.
Very nice fitting lid that comes off easily with a little twist.
There are three light dents in the lid and a very slight indent in the edge of the bottom rim.
I have given it a little clean with brass polish but there are still a couple of areas of tarnish. The last two photos show it before I gave it a clean.
Height is approx 3 1/2” inches, top diameter is approx 2 5/8” inches, bottom diameter is a little over 2 3/4” inches.
It weighs approx 163 grams.
