Vintage, Russian Folding Hand Fan, The State Hermitage Museum, St. Petersburg
You are looking at a vintage, ladies hand fan from The State Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg in Russia. Was found during a turnout and now needs a new home. Not sure of the age but based on similar ones, I am guessing 10 to 15 years old but this is only a guess.
The fan when open depicts what looks like 19th century Russia. A street scene where there are men and women, boys and girls in various styles of dress going about their daily lives.
The overall condition of the fan is excellent. Condition as per the pictures.
