The tissue pattern has been carefully used, all pieces are present. Overall, the envelope is in good condition. There are some pencil markings on the envelope probably by the lady who bought this pattern originally.
Note that I have searched for some time to find this pattern and it doesn't appear to come up in any of my searches so it seems to be rather rare.
