vintage barbers sterilizing cabinet sterilising 240v shelves port hole door rare

no idea what it is really.
when you pull all the cotton out of the thing there is a well in the bottom just a big bigger than a tealight.
has 240v and no idea if that is just to illuminate the green light.
green baize around door.
door inge needs tightening as is moves 1/4mm.
as always i leave stuff in their original condition which is a good base to start from
