Published by Gibson Merchandise Co, St Louis, not numbered.
Postally used on 12 April 1951 with two St Louis cancellations and U.S. Savings Bonds slogan postmark on three green 1 cent stamps and sent to Mr A J Pullan, 152 Parrock Street, Gravesend, Kent, England.
Fairly good condition, with slight corner bumps, but light crease to bottom left corner and another to left centre of bottom edge.
