Unidentified Walter Man Artist & Queen Dressed Lady 3x Hand Signed Postcard s

BG135  Three 1930s antique postcards which could all be very collectible but all need research - Two postcards show (what appears) the same man called Walter and he was possibly famous as one of these cards is an artist drawn portrait of him - both are hand signed by Walter - the third card is a posh lady dressed up as a ruler - She has hand signed her card too - Her location is perhaps in the lower right corner where taken - These are all outstanding condition (ex minus) and someone with time to research these can really benefit.
