We do give P&P discount for multiple purchases. If you wish to receive this then please wait for a combined invoice to be sent to you before paying. Please note that orders £20-£50 will be charged at Royal Mail’s Signed For prices, Orders £50+ will be charged at Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm prices (for sufficient Insurance cover). Items may be sent via other Courier methods depending on weight and size.

The item will always have a Proof of Posting (this can be supplied should there be any problems with the postal service). If you require extra insurance (most high end items will automatically be insured) or specific packaging, please ask for it before paying as this may affect shipping cost.

Items will not be posted until payment has been received.

We will try to post within 5 working days (this excludes weekends). If we are unable to do so, we will contact you to advise you of the situation.

Payment should be made within 4 days. If you have an issue with payment, please contact us otherwise a non-payment action may be raised.

Returns are accepted, but return P&P will be at your own cost.
