Two Lovely J. Dimmock & Co Hand Painted Bird Plates

Two beautiful old plates with a peacock (or bird of paradise?) design and hand painted in red, black and green. Impressed on the base 'JD & Co' for J. Dimmock and Co at the Albion Works, Hanley, Staffordshire, for c. 1862-78. Both have some crazing and staining consistant with age one more so than the other. Both are also impressed with '79' over '11' which I presume is the date. A little glaze flaking around the rims but no chips or cracks.
