i used to fill it up with frozen stuff at 10 pm and still frozen by dinnertime the next day and longer.
ive had it almost 15 years and only just realised you can pull the inside out to wash.
one little spot thats tight one end, it should be ok as long as you pull it sensibly and not hard like a wally.
