Torquay Strand 1976, Rover SD1 & Barton Bus, Large Photo
Description: This is a Large 12" inch x 8" inch photo of a Western National liveried 1961 Leyland Atlantean bus, registration 50DKT, Route 31, Destination 'Barton', and seen here at Strand A379 road, next to the Marina in Torquay in 1976. The bus and the Rover car are turning into Vaughan Parade which was actually a road back then and was pedestrianised and closed to traffic in the 1980s. In the background is Williams & Cox store which is seen here in it's last years of trading after 140 years of trading in Torquay.
