Original British 17 inch x 33 inch Trade Advertisement for the 1937 Rowland V. Lee Drama THE TOAST OF NEW YORK, based on: "The Book of Daniel Drew" by Bouck White and the story: "Robber Barons" by Matthew Josephson and starring Edward Arnold, Cary Grant, Frances Farmer, Jack Oakie and Donald Meek.
Notorious robber baron financier Jim Fisk, who makes and loses fortunes, tries to corner the gold market as well as the heart of a beautiful actress.
The advertisement is in very good condition. There are 3 vertical folds. The two end folds open out to give a different image. There are 2 sets of staple holes along the centre fold.
