thule xpress 2 970003 tow ball mounted 970 2 bike carrier led light board

i have replaced the fog light with a new one that takes a bulb as i broke the LED one.
mounted lights with a 13 pin connector.
side/brake/indicator/fog light and number plate light.
comes with 10mm clevis pins with provision for padlocks on the light bracket and the carrier release and i have also welded the nuts just for security reasons so no one can just walk up and un-hitch it if i was in a shop etc.
