Never Played - Still Factory Sealed

This is a great video for anyone wanting to tone their thighs. It's you get a good cardio workout in the process. This is the video I go to whenever my pants start to fit a little tight, or I have a couple of extra pounds to lose, and it has never let me down. IT WORKS! I did not find the choreography to be too challenging, as other reveiwers have complained about. In fact, this is one of the first exercise videos I ever did, and I mastered it in 2-3 tries. Years later, I am still using it.

Overall, the moves and music are not particularly exciting, and the production quality is not that great, as this is an older video. I find the Leisa Hart segment to be annoying, but love the other 2 instructors portions. Great video for toning the hips, thighs, and butt!
