Seller's Description

Original British 20 inch x 30 inch Double Crown Poster for the 1972 Claude Faraldo anarchist drama THEMROC starring Michel Piccoli, Beatrice Romand, Marilù Tolo, Francesca R. Coluzzi, Michel Fortin, Jean Herbert, Stéphane Bout, Dominique Dorel, François Joxe, Marie Kerusoe and François Dyrek.

Made on a low budget with no intelligible dialog, Themroc tells the story of a French blue collar worker who rebels against modern society, reverting into an urban caveman.

Poster art by Oscar Zárate (born 1942). Zárate is an Argentine comic book artist and illustrator. Zarate studied architecture and had a successful career in advertising in Argentina. He moved to Europe in 1971 and began to work in earnest as an illustrator. He has produced several posters for the independent film company The Other Cinema.

The poster is in fine unfolded (rolled) condition
