Published by Photo Arts, Winnsboro SC, No DR-75632-7, printed by Dexter Press Inc, West Nyack NY.
Postally used on 9 December 1965 with Latta SC cancellation on pink 4c stamp and sent to Miss Mary Brown, Bethesda, Ohio.
Good condition, with very slight corner bumps, but light crease to top left corner.
