Generally in Good Condition, and plays with no problems, although the picture quality is not up to todays HD standards.
Also, there is a timecode running on the top/left of the screen, throughout the movie, and a message that scrolls along the bottom every 20 minutes or so (saying something like "This is the property of Guild Home Video...").
