This is The Ghosts of Taylor Ridge, by Mary Francis Shura and published by Weekly Reader, 1978.  As shown, it is in over all decent used condition with wear from age and normal handling over the years.  See pictures for details.

Total price is the usual item price plus shipping and handling.

Payment is to be in U.S. funds of course.

For electronic payment methods, PayPal is it.

For old school payment methods, the preferred means would be Postal Money Order (that includes International Postal Money Orders as well, which buyers outside the U.S. should be able to purchase at their respective post offices).

No checks.

Cash is okay, but please take measures to prevent against loss.

And finally, I do expect payment to be made within 8 days after your commitment to purchase is made. If paying by mail, and especially if you are outside the U.S., I can be flexible on this. Just don't leave me in the dark, and be sure to just send notice my way if there is a problem causing a delay.
