Seller's Description
A set of seven printed postcards advertising The Faraboni's wild west dance show Prairie Flower which toured the UK and Europe in the Edwardian Period and showing some of the costumes featured in the show.
Richardson's Theatrical Series, Variety/Music Hall Artistes Printer, Leeds, 6 of the cards, with dark lettering, are Series 4681 and one, with white lettering, is Series 5581, c.1905-10.
Postally unused.
Fairly good condition, though some with creases. The card showing all three Farabonis has a large crease to the centre of the card, the last shown here has a large crease to the top left corner and all but two have small creases, generally at the corners. The corners are generally rubbed and the backs of the cards are mostly a bit grubby. Please see the images above as I've included hi-res scans of back and front of all seven cards.
