TG T G Green Cornishware Early 6cm Creamer Jug with Round Church Mark Cornish Ware

This piece was manufactured in the old T G Green factory in Church Gresley.  The base shows the earlier Gresley Round Church Mark which is not seen anywhere as much as the standard Church or Shield Mark. This is a desirable piece and there are far fewer round than the standard dreadnought jugs.

  Condition:   No chips, cracks or crazing. There is surface scratching from being used (you would be too after 100 years!). As expected for the period there are some air bubbles and grit specks in the glaze from manufacture but these are minimal.  The overglaze for the jug is thin in the area of the lid and this has led to browning in this part.  Those of you inclined to could use peroxide to try and remove it, but I never touch pieces.  The colour is bright and clean and the top rim smooth. Minimal colouration in the unglazed base foot rim. Pictures are of the actual item you will receive please examine them carefully as they form part of the description.

The final packed weight of this item should be in the up tp 500g price band and the box will be less than 90cm total dimension.  Final postage price for overseas shipping is calculated AFTER purchase so please await invoice before paying as I will alter the postage to the exact amount once packed.  An approximate indication is £20-24 plus insurance based on final price for tracked/signed for US/Aus/NZ.  I can't add accurate postage costs at present for overseas to the list so have added the higher end

   take great pride in our packing, so you should not be disappointed.  We require all 

   parcels to be tracked/signed for to comply with seller protection policies.
