Original 1961 British 11 inch x 8 1/4 inch Trade Advertisement from Kinematograph Weekly for the 1959 Philip Leacock Race Relations Drama TAKE A GIANT STEP, based on the play by Louis S. Peterson and starring Johnny Nash, Estelle Hemsley, Ruby Dee, Frederick O'Neal and Ellen Holly.
The plot concerns a black teenager living in a predominantly white environment and having trouble coping as he reaches an age at which the realities of racism are beginning to affect his life more directly and pointedly than they had in his childhood.
