Interesting type with the Sun and boat in the sea in nice condition. The obverse bears legend around the rim: UNION LATINE // COMITE DU SUD-OUEST, which means Latin Union, Committee of the South-West. The reverse has inscription DEPARTEMENT DE LA H-GARONNE // 1922 // B.P. 10C // Æ //1927 // TOULOUSE, where the first line is abbreviated for Department of the Haute-Garonne, and face value 10C means '10 centimes'. All French notgelds issued in 1914-1931 are more interesting than German and this one with beautiful and highly artistic scene attract interest of many collectors.
