There is no rips or stains in these instructions/patterns. There is some writing, in pencil on part of the instructions (see pictures).
In this package:
Front & Rear cover sheets and instructions 1 sheet (4 pages) (8½” x 5½”)(24.6 x 14 cm)
Patterns 3 sheets (3 pages) (11” x 17”)(27.9 x 43.2 cm) of instructions.

Wall Hanging: Finished size = 25” x 53” (63.5 x 134.6 cm)
Supplies:
Fusible web: 1 yard (12 inch wide minimum)
Background fabric: ½ yard (cut into 8 rectangles - 9” x 10½”)
Sashing: ¾ yard (see diagram)
Backing fabric: 1½ yards or piece 26” x 54”
Batting: 26”x 54”
Binding: 5/8 yard (piece together 2½” x 160”)
Quilt thread
Sun Blossom Sue fabric:
hair and shoes: ¼ yards black
Kimonos: small oriental fabrics 6” x 4”
Embroidery floss: to match above fabric colors
Fabric paint for doll:
black for hair
two colors for shirt and pants
