Style 1524 sewing pattern. This 1989 dated pattern can be used to make girls' separates: blouse, short skirt, pants, and shorts in a girls' size 10.
The pattern is uncut and factory folded.

Style 1524

GIRLS' SEPARATES:
Waistcoat style blouse with stitched pleats and back belt giving waist shaping. The shoulders are extended and the neckline has a rever collar. The short skirt is very full, flared and gathered. The trousers and shorts have side pockets, front pleats and a centre front zip.

SUGGESTED FABRICS:
Cottons, handkerchief linen. Blouse also in eyelet. No allowance made for matching plaids, checks, stripes or large patterned fabrics. For fabric with nap, pile, shading or one-way design: use nap requirements and nap layouts.

TO COMPLETE GARMENT:
Thread. Blouse: Three 1cm (3/8") buttons, two 2.5cm (1") "D" rings, 0.60m (5/8yd) of 60 to 90cm (23" to 36") woven or non-woven interfacing. Skirt, trousers and shorts: One hook and bar, one 18cm (7") zip, 0.80m (7/8yd) of 60 to 90cm (23" to 36") woven or non-woven interfacing.

The envelope is in fair condition with small rips along the top edge. The flap has been cut off. Someone has written "Suzanne" on the front of the envelope. (see Pictures).

The pattern pieces and instructions are in good, uncut, condition with slight wrinkling.
